Refund

The only way you can get a refund is if an event is cancelled, as per our purchase policy stipulate which you agreed to when you made you purchase.

 

In the eventuality that your event is cancelled or postponed, please contact us at info@studentsphere.ca and we will be able to refund you once we have received authorisation from the student union or comitee.

 

However, you can sell your ticket to a friend, there is no problem with the name on the ticket.
